Then you shouldnt worry too much mate:) Most.important thing is Training for nomination.The other documents are easy I believe. In my opinion you are close to end:) what about your job title and Hr-Lr?

CO has requested documents for nomination approval..but he has not asked any document for my visa.

Does that mean he is ok with all my visa documents or is it the case that he has not looked at my visa file??

I think first they evaluate your nomination file ,if it's approved then CO start looking your visa file. What sort of document they asked for Nomination?

Hope soo fingers crossed thing is that they haven't allocate the CO yet. What about you what is your timeline

You're wrong mate... they already allocated a case officer to your file otherwise how did you get nomination? whoever approved your nomination ,same person will approve your visa I'm 100% sure about it because I saw my friend's nomination and visa approvals who approved by same case officer Dont worry soon you.will hear good news.

Hi Mate.

One of my friends got his nomination approval on 29th October and he got his visa on 2th of November.

Dont worry mate you passed the hardest step , just be patient :)I think in a week time you will get it

Hello sep friends any updates. My Ma don't have any reason behind this delay now going to touch 14 months period soon. Don't know for how long we have to wait. Called immi last week they said just wait and wait. Don't know for how long they said they don't have exact time frame. Any updates plz share tnx.

I just received the good news from my lovely Migration agent. both Nom/Visa was approved today.

Nom/Visa lodged: 12 April 2016

Nom/Visa Approval: 07 Nov 2016

You are right mate.My friend also-who is from HR country and Customer Service Manager and applied on 25th March 16- also got PR after 7 months and IMMI didnt ask any additional documents

So Ladies and Gents!!!,

I received a phone call on Friday evening from my MA and she told me i am now officially a Permanent Resident of Australia.... so there is hope for us all. I hope immigration gets a move on with everybody else's applications as i know how frustrating it can be waiting and checking your phone and emails every 5 minutes for hope of some good news but your time will come just try not to think about it and just enjoy the aussie lifestyle and soon enough your time will come. Plus its summer soon so plenty of nice weather and relaxing beach days to keep your minds occupied.

I dont know if they visit to site I never heard from my friends who got pr through 186. But I've seen on this forum some businesess visited by Immi. Did you apply by yourself or Migration Agency?

I m from india job title (cook) U applied in 2016 or 2015

If you are from India it's HR country and takes longer as compare LR countries..I applied on 2016 30th June.

How many employees works at the company and did anyonelse got Pr from that Business?

LR is Low RISK COUNTRIES.
