We've applied to 600 Sponsored Family visa on 6th December.I've just checked immiaccount and status say FURTHER ASSESMENT(tagged with yellow flag).Action Requiered:biometric collection. We've already submitted biometrics 10th December. What does FURTHER ASSESMENT means and how long does get approval ?

Exemption applied on 29th December and approval date : 4th January. 

How long does take to get visa ?

Some says Immi might ask a Security Bond so how much that would be?

When we're filling form we asked for 12 months hope we can get that?

No not yet mate.Still status"received". You should wait until you get letter. I never contacted with them and If you call Immi they will say " you have to wait"

I also had the test on 6th Feb but still status "RECIEVED" and no approval letter

is there any one tested on 6 February 2019 and got his approval letter. Thanks

She got approval letter in a week or 2 weeks by mail but yes on the letter date of approval is same day as test date.

I've applied on 16/3/2018 and test day 6/2/2019 .One of my friends -who lives in Brisbane- she passed the test on 29 Jan and same day she got her approval letter from Minister .Some people says take 6 months more or less for ceremony.

I've a bit complicated question and hope someone has an idea about it.
One of my friend's was on 457 visa and he couldn't get required ENGLISH score to apply 186 visa. Before his 457 visa expired he applied to again new 457 Visa. So after he applied 457 visa he got 5 each on PTE and loged 186 Visa Apllication(before 1st july)
So some says "he can apply to 186 Visa if he is on Bridging Visa"
some says"NO CANT"
What do you guys think about.it? And if he get REFUSAL on 457 Visa application what would happens his 186 Visa application?

Currently Im on 186 ENS and got my PR 3 months ago. I've signed a contract with.company as Customer Service Manager for 2 years. My question is that; If my company change my position as Store Manager is it problem? And should we contact Immi about this issue?

Hello guys!

 

First of all I wish all applicants good luck with their applications.

 

I am applying for 186 ENS - TRS, on the 5th of February 2017, this is when I will complete my 2nd year with my employer. Everything is ready and all the necessary documents are gathered.

 

I got 2 questions, first one is IELTS related. Now that the IELTS test results are valid for 3 years, I am OK until 14.07.2017 as I took my test back in July 14th 2014 and scored well above the requirement for this particular visa type.

 

I got 2 friends who applied for the same visa type and got it within 6 to 8 months. As far as I can see in the posts, you guys also confirm that.

 

1) The question is, I will apply in February the 5th, my IELTS will be ok then, however it will take say 6 to 8 months for me to get the visa (if all goes all right) and my IELTS Test result will expire while my application is in progress ( I don’t think I will get it earlier than July 14^th…), so will DIAC ask me to re-sit the exam?

Or, because it was valid in the time of the application, I will be fine???

 

2) Does my employer have to wait 2 years as well, in order to submit the nomination?

I wish you all the best for your application and you can get without any problem. So for the IELTS, in my opinion when lodged the application if your IELTS score is valid then I dont think so it will be problem even if CO allocated to your case after 14th July.But I advise to you get a proffesional support about this issue because I'm not a MA.

For the second question

As far as I know the day your employer start paying tax -super ,from that day you have to add 2 years. You also have to consider that UNPAID annual leaves etc..

Today finally my day come. I got call from my MA that I got my PR today. I can't explain the happiness and joy. After almost 9 years in Australia, I got PR. Wish you all the best to all my mates here in this forum. This forum really amazing and helped me a lot. Just hanging there guys your time will come soon.
