Hi guys, just wondering if anyone got approval for nomination 187 from August 2015 yet? I applied in at that time both applications visa and nomination for 187 but lawyer keeps on telling there has been longer delays then usual?

Is that right??? Is anyone facing the same situation or have same line? Please reply through so we can relate to each other?

As i know it would depend on your luck...buy my MA said in MA's agent, all Aug applications were granted before end of Jul.....

Anyway, as a Sep applicant, i am still waiting....

Only your MA and your owner got the access for your nomination. As an applicant you don't get access for nomination because of privacy purpose.

I know a case is from my friend.

She lodge RCB on March 2015, on Oct 2015 her CO asked for more dcs. Until Jul 2016 she did not lodge her visa application.

Well, i have no word to say.....

i saw the auto reply from IMMI saying they are currently allocating NOV cases.

my question is:

1,does this process is for allocating your case to a case officer?

2,will they let you know after you have a case officer? or is this possible that you are not contacted for any further docs so you will not know whether you have a CO or not until you get your visa?

i will appreciate if anyone can help me for above questions.

i think you need to take a chance call to immigration ask about your visa file if you lucky they will give you information .if they will not..so talk to your MA and tell him don't send any more email call straight away to immigration and ask about my file.. keep tell him put little bit pressure on your MA ....IT'S LONG TIME BRO

yes, i got the letter and also i am using my medicare.... my visa is bridging visa but i do not know why it takes me such long time to wait....

The MA gave me look the reply he got from Immi in July, and the Immi said they just can finish 75% case on time......

My MA lodged nomination and visa application together in September.....after that the case status keeps in "received"......

I know some August applicants got their PR approved in March....after that the MA said no September clients were approved before end of June......

I do not know what should i do then....do you have any advice?
