Very helpful and thanks for your great support so far. One more thing I missed to ask you that I run an IT company here since 6 years and including those 6 years in this experience. I believe this wouldn't create any problems for me since it is a self employed situation.

Dear Experts, I am new to this forum and looking for some information whether I am eligible to get PR or Not. Here are few details about me: - I did only B.com as a regular degree back in 2005 which isn't relevant for Marketing Specialist profile - Got more than 8 years total experience in the same domain (3 years to be deducted by vetasses for non-relevant degree as per my lawyer) - IELTS 7 in each - Age is 30 years - total points without invitation becomes 65 as lawyer says Points breakdown is like this: Age: 30, Degree: 15, IELTS: 10, Experience: 10 (considering 5 years positive experience from vetassess) = 65 Fact is that one of my relatives who is a maran agent in AU said to me that I am wasting my time because Australia needs relevant degree. I am very confused with different opinions. Please give your valuable inputs. Thanks in advance, Lalit
