When your boss changed the director did they change the ABN as well?

Everything same just director changed 8 -9 months before lodgement of my file and all my papers signed by old director not new one so immi just go deeply after that and did so much enquiry and they didn't satisfied after that

They banned my employer for 3 years because he changed director but he didn't notify to immi and some accountant issue as well

I applied in jan 2018 Victoria DE 14 months and i also lodged 489 nsw as well 8 months now

Before i applied for trt 186 in nov 2015 and after nearly 3 years immi refused nomination and i withdraw my file and lodge another DE file from another employer but it's 14months now still no response

More than 5 years now to open that salon

Still received....no case officer allocated yet....they check all pepers client book, eftpos, transaction etc

Immi just visited at my salon 1 hour before....i was not there ....any idea when they reply back ? So much worried....22 months after apply 186....on bridging visa now....very depressed....i don't know what they will do now...

Yes i have MA but doing nothing just send reminder to immi for update but nothing special from immi ....immi  said if they need something than we contact u otherwise wait

Yes i call immi but still they said we don't have exact time frame for application....when we need something than we contact u otherwise wait....

 No immi didn't visit at my workplace...

457 to 186 hairdresser  hr nov 2015 applied nomination and visa 

Feeling sad....22 months aftet applied 186 ....my 457 visa expired today..... still no case officer....no news.....

No reply from immi and agent....

My agent also said immi refused 30 to 35 files in two weeks.....i m in depression becoz it's 19 months now but still no case officer allocated yet....and visa will expired in 2 months and in hairdressing
