Thank you so much for replying, I'm a youth worker which is currently on the skilled migrant list, and I already contacted the company I asked for a sponsorship and they said that they would be interested in taking me on if I was in Australia, and I have contacted many more companies who would be happy to take me on once I'm there. I'm 27 years old and yes I will be purchasing return flights . Thank you again for your help.

Hello I'm looking to move to Australia from the UK, I have been looking for a 457 sponsorship from a company and recently found a company that are willing to offer a sponsorship although said that the process would be easier if I was actually there in OZ, so I've saved enough money for flights and my accommodation is sorted...I'm wondering what type of visa is suitable for me? as now I'm able to pay for flights and visa but will get work once I'm there. What is the right visa for me in this situation? Thanks
