ive got a question about the immi account status.

my time line is,

 

nomination 29/06/2016

visa 4/7/2016

LR country , onshore , cook

 

my immi account has been showing "submitted" since I submitted the application,

I'm wondering when iit gets received, which is the next step. And what's the difference between those two status.

 

plz help me I'm desperately waiting it to be granted. Thanks

Guys you can see that they are processing files not by dates, they processing files by Occupation.

I think Cook , chef, restaurant manager and Retail manager takes longer than other occupations.

As I applied on April and Still waiting even my MA said wait one more month.

I know frustration becz it's being almost 10months and Still file is received.

Will you please tell us your Whole Timeline and Occupation.

As you don't need any Experience for apply RSMS. And Have You Got Nomination approval??

Things are too complicated if your visa Refused on September 2016 than you can't even apply for MRT as they Give you 21 days to do that after refusal. So it's better that talk with you Migration agent and ask them strictly that what should we have to do as everything happens because of their silly mistake.

Hi Guys,

 

I had lodged my 187 on 4th Oct 2016 under Retail Manager 149999, is any one here with same scenario.

My MA advised me to complete medical and PC, both were submitted before 20th Oct.

Any advise how long i might have to wait ?

May be You need too much Patience becz I applied on 29th April 2016 and My MA Said me to wait 1 month more, it's too hard but we have to do.

We can understand Your situation

But you can read all post, still they are processing around Feb Applications so you are so far away.

Be patient mate. Everyone will get Visa.

No documents requested...

I know all those details but as there is some cases that people applied on NSW Pc and file opened in WA Pc that's why I asked Khem that From which PC his Visa Approved.

And as he said no Document requested that's why I asked immigration people visited his workplace or not.
