Frustratingly ... nothing!

Still heard nothing from an application lodged mid October

Visa granted yesterday - LR country, 457 with spouse dependent, applied offshore through an immigration agent.

It took a LOT longer than the 6-8 weeks we were initially told (13 weeks!) and were given zero update throughout the process so bottom line is - don't give up!

They're already processing/approving applications submitted mid November so there must be a problem

application submitted mid Oct, should have been decision ready, low risk country, sponsor etc already approved. Haven't heard anything. Bad sign right?

everything will be fine，this is my second time apply for working visa，first time they hold me up near 11 months，thats drive me crazy

Good news! Visa grant on Friday! MA sent grant letter today.

my timeline: nomination applied on end of June，approved 20 of October and apply Visa on same day. Medical check did in next day

Visa grant 18 of December.

no FIR, no background check, use RPL certificate, from HR. Onshore in Adelaide.

It depends entirely on your individual circumstances, there's no way for us to know.

Dang. I think you skipped the queue somehow... that's less than the current 7 week processing time. Makes me more worried for my friend's visa though, was due to be looked at this week (submitted Oct 6) but no news

Did you have priority processing?

Well, it's Friday and the email auto response still hasn't been updated, don't know if that means they've fallen a week further behind in processing new applications or if someone just forgot to update it. Anyone who submitted 7 weeks ago heard anything this week?

Super fast, Lodged on the 30th of November en received our grant today!!!!! We didn't have to undergo health checks nor police clearance. The application went through a MA in Sydney and we are dutchies living in Germany. Super happy and surprised how fast it went. I wish you all the best and a merry Christmas.

Auto response email still hasn't been updated, so much for them updating it on Mondays...

I don't know why my nomination hasn't approved yet. Is it something wrong? I heard that it is really strict to apply 457 now.

 

My agent lodged the nomination on Aug, but somehow the immigration agent couldn't see the attachment, so they asked my agent to reapplied again.

So my agent lodge on 10 Nov. but now it is still pending, there are no information and updated from my agent!

I m so worried, if the nomination doesn't approved, what can I do?

 

I have been waiting for five months already!!!!!! So panic!

Nah mate nothing yet , RFI submitted request on 20th oct

Sent on 26th oct

Since then haven't heard anything .

On my application it says last update as 26th oct in immi account , don't know how long will they take .

We have had our visa granted this morning!!!!!!!!! SPS, Nomination and Visa Application all put in August 19th for me, my wife and daughter. Case officer requested more information for SPS last Monday. MA emailed them back to say they already had the info they were requesting!! Then nothing until today!!!!!

 

Sydney here we come!!!!
