Hi Leanne Stevens, Thank you for the info... So is there any chance that my applications are looked at? If they do an employement check does that take long for the grant? I have previously worked in the middle east( dubai). Fingers crossed....cant be more patient

Hi Guys,.. I am also on the blind wait....applied my visa on 22/2/16 with all necessary . documents uploaded with it. So far i havent heard a news about it. And whnever i log on to the immigration account my status is shown as "application received" Does that mean that applications are not yet looked at? Does anyone have a clue...... Every now and then am checking my mail for that magic mail......drives me insane.... help...help

Hi, Thankyou for your reply. Just a doubt, even after 3 months of applying visa the status on the immigration account shows that"application received". Does that mean that my application is not yet looked or do they not update the status, as it should be done?

Hi members, I have applied under general skill migration with 60 points. EOI on 22/1/2016, submitted all documents for my visa on 22/2/2016. Since then until today the status of application is shown as "application received." Mine is an offshore application. I haven't got any update with a case officer allotment or anything. Does it take more than 3 months for the allotment of a case officer? Has anyone got a idea on how long it takes for the 189 visa issue kept these days? I am getting a bit more frustrated each day as there is no updates on my visa. please pass me some information, if anyone knows about it.
