From the UK applied in QLD prob still have a few months yet. Won't stop me doing anything so all good.

Test date 11/06/2019 (Changed from August) 

Passed 100% now waiting for additional checks etc. From what I have seen it could be 1 week could be 1 year.

Look in your Email and you should see a reschedule option. Keep checking in there daily. Mine was originally set for July 26th. I rescheduled mine for June 11.

Congrats very nice. I know a few from March who still have not heard. I am April and not heard anything. Pretty long wait for the test.

I wouldn't expect a reply for 12 months from date of lodgement. Mine has been 10 months and nothing. Shouldn't affect your life here so takes as long as it takes.

Excellent, Always good to get it just in case something happens in the future and you want to come back. Hopefully the dates etc work out for you. Seen a few poor people on here wait 12 months AFTER their tests. Where about in the UK have you accepted the Job?

With Brexit happening etc I think the next few years in specialized jobs will be very well paid in the UK.

I believe a child born in Australia gets citizenship when they are 18.

Seen a spreadsheet when i was going through 457 and PR not seen one here for citizenship though. I would def be interested in seeing one if there is not one about maybe we can create one. 

Descent is if you have family living here. Otherwise its conferral. I applied in april 2018 been here 5 years. 2 years next month as PR. Good luck. 

Permanent Residents - After 1 July 2007. If you obtain your permanent residence after 1 July 2007, you will need to meet the following requirements to become an Australian citizen: You have lived lawfully in Australia for at least 4 years; and. You have lived in Australia for at least 12 months as a permanent resident.

Not sure this is accurate. I believe is 4 years total one as PR. 

We applied in December last year, we are discontinuing with our application as we are going to move back to the UK and cant be bothered to wait for this incompetent bunch to do their jobs. 

How many approvals are happening on here a week? Peoples dates seem very random. I applied april 2018 heard nothing yet. Not expecting to hear about test until end of the year.

I am in IT and been waiting 7+ months.

No Difference in processing time. Depends which office is dealing with your application.

I would guess you wont hear anything until at least end of Jan 2017.

If you are on 457 Visa waiting for 186 you can still leave the country.

I have been on Holiday a few times since waiting for Residency.

Nah mate i wont enjoy it. A lot of thing involved with outcome of this application. Going overseas, plans with family and parents. And im losing my time. Not quite happy with all these

Maybe one in a million. I recommend anyone that does play the lottery that week as they are EXTREMELY lucky

when employer have have different entities inside a business, to cover training benchmark do he have to pay according to all entities or only the one under which he sponsored me?

The entity you are receiving payroll from will be the one that has to meet the training requirements is my understanding.

You can't because it's not your application, it's the employer's application.

You can if you have the details of the application (TRN, Full name, Date of Both and Passport Number)

Its just the same as importing any other application.

You will need the contacts full name, Date of Birth, Passport number and TRN to import it into your account.

Most companies will not allow this as it will have sensitive information in the application they may not want you seeing.
