I am hoping that the CO will be assigned by end of this month or next month, Visa was lodged on 20th March,2016. So, if i can't remove the PCC from the portal then i have to do the new one in this apr month itself i guess OR will they accept a new PCC (which i will upload after sep )before the grant in September ? Apologies for asking so many questions but am worried and Thanks once again for patiently replying

So shall i just ask my agent to remove the India PCC already uploaded on portal ??? And will get the new PCC done when CO is assigned after a month probably OR in Sep/Oct after the arrival of the baby ??

Thanks for your reply Our (me and my husband) India PCC was done in Feb 2016 which will be valid till Feb 2017, child will arrive in Sep 2016 so won't DIAC impose the same deadline of PCC i.e. Feb 2017 on us, as Visa will be granted by Oct 2016 (i hope) ?? Also, US PCC was applied in Feb 2016 but am still waiting for the results, is there any possibility that DIAC will consider the US PCC date which wood be around Apr 2017 ?? And most important, my agent does not know anything, its me who is reading all over forums etc and getting info and providing to them, useless fellows Thanks Shel

Yes i am the Primary Applicant. Now seriously this is an issue for me to travel in Jan 2017 itself as i might not be in a position to travel so early just after delivery in september , is there any way to delay the process further ?

Dear Members, I received my EOI invite in Jan 2016 and submitted the visa fees in march 2016, application submitted and waiting on CO to be assigned. My agent asked to do PCC in advance so i did India PCC in Feb 2016 itself and am waiting for my USA PCC . Now there is a change in my circumstances and my baby is due in Sep 2016. I wanted to defer the Medicals for myself till the baby is born. I have read a lot about 28 days limit for new born addition in the application which i am planning will do and atleast submit the birth certificate and receipts etc for applied passport. My Queries :- 1) Since my India PCC will expire in Feb 2017 ( AUSTRALIA DIAC considers PCC validity for 1 year only), so do i need to fly before Feb 2017 ??? 2) Will the date mentioned in India PCC (Feb 2016) will be considered OR US PCC (which still have not came, sent documents required for US PCC in Feb 2016) ?? 3) My Husband has a business, so will they ask questions about how he will leave his business in India and join me in Australia ??
