As is a very quite day, just keep updating you guys.
Complete 14 months tomorrow, file open, docs uploaded. Waiting for nomination decision.

I've rang many times. They give same message As everyone else. 

Files not opened yet. Just need to wait. But I may ring or write to ombudsman next week. 

If we faced this type of delay in private sector for some services then by now they would be offering us at least a partial refund. 

May be ring Monday early morning .

It was quick I have just lodged complaint yesterday night and this evng I got email from them. U just google commonwealth ombudsman it is very easy to find them.Yes the officer said because the processing time is 14 months so I cant investigate until u cross 14 months timeline , after that u send us complaint again.
Anyways whts ur timeline nd occupation?

Any one from April and May? By looking at the recent PR granted. They seems from June to October. Why IMMI just skip from March to May?

Nomination and Visa: Mid June 2016
Visa document requested: 27th Jan 2017
Nomination document requested: First week of April
Nomination and Visa approved: 3rd May 2017

Yeah I know even some people are still waiting from March[emoji848]. Its frustrating they should work according to timelines. It doesn't make sense to pick files randomly. 

Not Immi. But I talk with my Agent yesterday . He told me, we may hear something in June. According to results coming in they are working on April and June files. They are not telling anything on individual case.  Did you applied onshore?

Did u apply visa & nom on 10 June 2015 or 2016? If its 2015 please contact immi directly. And if its 2016 wait for few months, I am also from Perth, I got mine yesterday so I dun think new rules make any impact yet.
 

Hey guys, if all the paperwork is done correctly, what are the chances that immi is going to refuse the nomination based on the size of the business? I am the manager of a coffee shop and I am the only full time employee. We have about 4 senior employees (15-20 hrs/week) and 4 juniors (4-7 hrs/week), all casuals but australians. The business has grown a lot under my management and now it is profitable. Before my arrival, the business had an enormous loss. Immi can clearly see the difference as we uploaded updated profit and loss statement back in February 2017.

No they have not asked for any docs as my nomination has not been opened yet. Has anyone have any idea if they will ask for that? 
I applied on 8th of May 2016, cook.
