Endtroducing

Hi, Apologies if this is in the wrong thread. I've lived in Australia for 2 years and I am currently an in-patient in hospital. As I have been off work for a few months I have concerns about my continued employment and whether my employer will wish to continue to employ me. If I was to lose my job, could my general skilled migration visa be revoked?
