Hiya! Flying over to Oz on 30th April 2016 starting in Gold Coast for a week and then Perth for a week. We are then moving over to Gold Coast as soon as our Visa completes

Good Afternoon all! So my fiancé has been offered a job, we are going on a 457 visa and are now in the process of checking the contract before we start actual visa application. Regarding work and possibly study for me- are there restrictions? Am I limited to what work I can do? And how much e.g. full time? If I did want to study part time will I be able to do that on a 457 visa? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! x

Good Morning! My fiancé and I are moving to Australia this year (2016) We have already started the process and will be coming over on a 457 Visa, we are currently in the process of finalising my finances new contract so it's not all a definite yet but it's looking promising. I am a trained Makeup Artist with over 7 years experience and currently work for NARS Cosmetics in Selfridges London. I am looking to continue this career in Australia but I am intrigued as to how common makeup artists are? In London unfortunately now every other girl is a 'makeup artist'. How easy will it be for me to get a job as a makeup artist? I know Oz has Sephora etc but I am trying to get out of the retail side of the industry and back to my freelance work- weddings, film& tv, fashion. Any advice?? Thank you x
