Hello there, I am a 17 year old from Northern Ireland and currently hold a permanent residency visa that will expire in September unless I move to Australia. My father will be moving there this summer and as I am currently mid-way through AS Levels at school it is illogical to join him. I read that if I am a dependant child I may still be entitled to a subclass 155 resident return visa even though I have not accumulated 2 years in Australia since I have obtained my visa. Is this correct? I am hoping to move to Australia to study at university and I am just not sure what my options are. Any guidance will be much appreciated. Many Thanks, Jessie
