    A more detailed employment contract, evidence of company expenditure on staff training and proof I've been employed in the same job for the last 2 years. Basically I discovered that my employer failed to submit much information at all !

    Thanks but it has been reviewed by an MA and she said it should be ok, but we never know.

    So my question was for a Direct entry 186:

    To be eligible you need to have a minimum of 3 years experience, but does it count unpaid leave?

    My partner applied through TRT but if it gets rejected, I'm wondering if she could go for a Direct Entry.. If so, she would have to find a similar job to apply in Direct Entry correct?

     

    She will need to find a job, if she is not planning to stay with her employer or this employer doesnt want to sponsor her for 186.

     

    Otherwise she can stay at the same job and apply under 186- direct.

    During the 2 years but we proved that the companies were related, same employer, same position, same location etc, same conditions etc..

     

    If company gave proving information related to it I can not see any reason why it would be rejected. But you are right it's always good to haw a plan B. And as far as I know unpaid leaves do count if it's not too long (like a 6 months) a month or 2 maybe would be ok.

    Hi guys,

    Quick question for Direct entries 186.

    That should be really upsetting! But dont give up chase it up with your company.

     

    It doesnt matter how long it takes it's important to get there at the end.

    Finally the day has arrived after 189 days of visa application submission. Just received the confirmation letter from MA for PR grant. All details in my signature and in the excel sheet, processing center WA PESE. No documents requested, just requirement to pay secondary VAC2. Whoever has the access, kindly update the excel sheet

     

    Just would like to thank all the supportive people on this forum, you guys were great motivation. I tried my best to be patient and calm, but honestly got bit worried couple of weeks ago, for no good reason actually. I arrived in Oz in Dec'12 and absolutely loved the place and people, needless to say I am proud to call it home now. I look forward to next phase of my life in Oz

     

    Good luck to all who are waiting for any news, just be patient and good things will come. Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be hovering around

    it seems DIBP are clearing July application that requested documents today.

     

    Yes! I went back on this thread and saw what happened when they were processing June-july. It seems like that time they were on and off June. I feel like the same thing is happening and they are closing out July to continue with August and couple of lucky AUGUSTIANS getting their PR.

    I know I was losing my s* thinking about it all the time before I joined here. Now I saw some movement last of July beginning of august .... It's all great our files are just in a queue and it's a short one now... We will hear back soon !!!

    Yeah see that's good. It's 7 days (I included weekends even it passes much more quicker) to 15th of Feb. don't let yourself think about it and get overwhelmed until then... If you wont get it by then we will talk about it again but you will definitely get it.

    Hmmm that's what I thought my MA should be doing ,I'll give him another week and if still nothing happens ,then will definitely ask him to contact DIBP. Because if we look at vjiway's file,he/she also had to wait for around 6 months and 3 weeks before been asked for docs. But hopefully we don't have to contact them and get it all sorted this week instead .... HOPES ARE HIGH....

    Yes, give it a deadline in your mind for example for me it's 29th of Feb. If I wont hear back from them by 29th of Feb. I will call my MA to ask about it.
