just wondering has anyone on here ever known or heard of an applicant that had type 1 diabetes and did it affect there application? My nomination was lodged October and visa early December

I have no idea about appeal. Did you exceed the time (to provide documents) they gave you ? And I believe you should really report that woman who takes advantage of the system, I am so sick of that kind of scams... It's so shameful that we (as hard workers and tax payers for years) getting our PRs so hard and those scams are just faking a relationship.

Yes nom approved 2 days ago.. No email from DIBP yet, so I am hoping that it will be a straight PR grant.. but until when, I don't know yet.

I hope it will be a straight grant mate... Even if you need to wait for another couple of weeks (which I hope you wont need to), I would still prefer to have a straight grant!!!

I think someone posted before that early means 1-10. Mid 11-20, late 21-31.

But we saw someone got approved for Aug 11, but maybe those few who are lucky to be processed early..

 

I still do not have my visa, which falls on the mid-Aug. So most likely yours is coming soon.

I reckon your MA (or if you dont have one you) should really contact to Immi. It has been a long wait apparently and you submitted all the documentation. You should know at least what for you are waiting...
