  1. Hi guys, for some reason I’ve received an email about this post that I have posted almost 4 years ago. So the answers is: I got permanent visa granted (even with our RCB refused)!!!!! I’m now australian citizen and everything has worked out... after trying to apply for the third time to get our RCB, they sent our money back saying that they wouldn’t approve it. My boss sent then a letter to immigration explaining all the reasons why I was the right person for the position (and no one else who applied for it)... 7 months after my application I got my visa granted.. it was pretty stressful at that time but all sorted now
  2. Hi everyone, I got my RCB refused twice and my MARA agent told me that has never happened to him before. I'm really concerned that he doesn't know exactly how to proceed and I'm wondering if anyone knows a MARA agent or a lawyer who has the same case and knows what to do in this situation. I don't care which one is better, I'm just asking for help! Thanks!
  3. Had you have a lawyer when that happened?? Any suggestion??
  4. I'm in NSW! I already have a lawyer.. I think it just worth to pay another one if this person has experience with exactly same case as mine.. Thanks anyway!
  5. Thanks very much for your answer! You gave us the light at the end of the tunnel! I just sent my lawyer an email for us to try to do that. My employer advertised twice already and now he just bought two software licences (over $20,000) and I'm in charge to train all the staffs. I don't know the immigration decision but I know that if they refuse my boss will be desperate. Anyway, hopefully my lawyer will accept the ideia to send the RCB a letter. Thanks again!
  6. They said there are enough skilled people for this position in this area. Yes, my lawyer is a registered agent but he said this has never happened before so I guess he doesn't have much experience in case like this.
  7. Hi guys, We've applied for 187 visa and unfortunately we had our RCB refused. We've applied the RCB again and they refused for the second time. We are waiting for the nomination but not too sure how it works, there is clear evidence about the shortage skills in the area but without RCB it's a bit trick I guess. Does anyone know what to do or have any lawyer who knows? We already have a lawyer but we are thinking about to get a second opinion. Thanks!
