at first it was lack of evidence as hoath was not helping us put the information in ! but now they say the evidence is fine but the fact we have split up . which i get, but its the circumstances that get me ? there are huge mitigating circumstances involved with the case.

there is a case that over ruled the immigration courts 2 years ago. it over ruled the 12 month ruling ! and we were together nearly 2 years up till march this year, and they are suppose to look at the case on its merits and secomstances, if i do not have mitigating circumstances !! how the hell has !! it was there mara immigration agent that clearly caused all the extra stress, after he lost me my work rights i lost around $50000 wages in the first year ?

iv just been refused after me and my partner split up, but we split up du to our immigration agent steeling our money, losing me mi work rights, job, and leaving the application in a mess, yet immigration have not taken any thing at all in to consideration ?

well the stress of dealing with Hoath and his company got to me and my partner in the end! after losing our money ,work rights, job, and a lot of lost earnings , we split up 12 days before the made the decision , and now i have 12 days to appeal to the AAT ! it seams immigration do not take in to account any mitigating circumstances at all ! and do not feel that if there immigration agent off their mara list ! steels your money that it has anything to do with them !!!! i can not believe a government agency can treat people like this !!!

the government have started an investigation, you have to contact MARA .gov.au. it seams they can not do a lot about the money he has stolen, we just have to right it off !!!! un less we want to risk spending more money on the courts ????? but we may still not get it back !! as to the visa situation ! we don't even know what he submitted ! as we have no access to the account . he also lost me my work rights for the last year ! $$$$$$ but we did fight to get them 2 months ago and was successful , will still take time to re gain the losses . as to mark hoath ! he has money a new bird and a new home !!!! but i bet he needs sleeping pills !!!!!

just an update on Mark Hoath, immigration have started an investigation, they have pointed out the don't really have an powers to get peoples money back. so we may have lost everything we paid !! and been left with a big problem on our visa situation we did have some good news, in that on our second application for work rights was approved and we are now getting back on our feet financial after been left dead in the water, so to speak. i will keep you updated on the situation in time.

yes, he's now back on face book as a happy couple !! last time i looked ,it was all champagne ! young girls and horse racing, !!! it seames he is now a model citizen !!! , we and my partner have just put in an official complaint , as he has filled a partner visa late du to incompatance, costing us work rights $$$$ in lost wages and a possible fails visa !!! costing us $10,000 so far !

we have contacted MARA , but no reply yet. i have checked and its a visa ,c . i just want to work ! I'm a mechnic with over 20years experance ! all i want to do is work and provide !

me and my partner have been together for 7 months. the application to our understanding was placed before my visa ran out. but we can not check as our migration agent has gone walkabout !! we have no imuni immigration IE log in information so can not access to see what he has done ! and we are strugling finically to get anoth migration agent AGAIN !!! . it is possble that my partner there is a problem with my partner being still marred , but we do know that she can prove the marriage is over and not continuing ! so there for should not be a problem. and should oversee the 12 month rule. iv contacted immigration a few times, but am not getting answers to contact infomation. IE I'm still chasing the information. its just seams stupid that i can live here with my partner on Centrelink, but not work and support her and the children !!

I was on a tourism visa, and am now on a c visa with no work rights ! the application was within Australia? we did apply for work rights, but refused !! but my partner is no longer working part time , so we have a change of circumstances ?

Me and my partner are allowed to live together . but my partner is on Centrelink , and is now looking after her 3 children and me !!! I know I will have no problem getting work as my work is in the top 10 of the sol list .. but i have to apply for a 1005 work rights, however our migration agent has gone out of business taking our cash with him!!! SO my question is , on the application for work , i.e. financial hardship. If you say you have borrowed money to pay the visa , will this go against you or will it strengthen the case for work rights ? I have been told by a friend that it makes me a liability being here and borrowing money , even though i spent $60 of my life savings here !!!!!

yes !!! me and my partner paid $10,000 in september 2015 !! last week he disappeared. the application was entered, so i assume the $7,000 was paid to migration .gov. as to the rest !!!! i have emailed migration ,gov, and they have told me to put in my own forms ! and to look at my imune account !! but Mark hoath has all my account details ???
