I'm fully aware of the 30 year's wait. My concern is the queue date. I've been waiting for 14 months and not being allocated with a "queue date‘’ which means I don't even have a place in that queue.

For financial consideration, I applied for visa 103 parent visa in 2016 Oct, now still no queue date. 1 year 2 months passed, just nothing. This stream is a joke now.

After 209 days of waiting and waiting, I received my grant letters. Thanks everyone for your support. Here is my timeline.

It also proved that NSW PESE is the slowest within all the teams.

Hi mate, I think the safest way to do is to withdraw and reapply for the nom. Cuz it is obviously the work length did not meet immi's requirement and it was all your MA's fault. They should pay you for a new application.

Nomination Refused: January 2015

MRT: January 2015

 

New/2nd Nomination: February 2015

2nd Nomination Approved: July 2015

Visa lodge: 3/08/2015

 

MRT open: Somewhere near Sep-Oct 2015, they were satisfied (written in result) but they refused it as the other nomination was already approved.

 

Visa Doc Requested: 18/02/2016 (Police certificate, it was already there) - VIC Centre

 

Visa GRANTED: 25/02/2016 - NSW Centre

Yay - my wait is over. I just received notification about an hour ago that my 186 Visa has been granted! It has been a tough 7 months, but suddenly I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Well, strongly suggest to put your MA on the black list.

Thanks @Jazzcrave, I submitted everything to my MA, but they didn't uploaded and also my mistake is I haven't verified my immi account whether they submitted all docs or not. So I strongly suggest to verify the docs submitted by MA.

It's a bit weird that they asked you for FORM80. I thought this one will only be required for those who applied 186 after 15/12/2015.

Call the office number.. They will finalise straight away if everything's submitted

While most of time the status is application received, if no further documents needed, the status keep same.

 

sometimes I wish it can be unchanged and directly turn to Finalized cuz more documents meant more time needed, more torture....
