Is work experience a must to apply for visa or can a newly qualified nurse apply?

I have applied for nursing in UK in all 3 choices. I am a mature student and have years of experience working with disabled children. I have applied for Disability Nursing but also Adult and Child . I know I want to specialize in disability but as I have experience in this field already I thought it might be a better idea to do Adult as it may give me a better chance of immigrating. Is there more chance of getting a sponsor in Adult nursing, Child or Learning disability nursing.??
