Hi Saacor, Congrats, at least you got it after a long wait, for me after my 189 Refusal, We decided to pursue a Visa 190 to Victoria and NSW, since i lost some points due to age, I will be needing the points for a State Nomination. Hopefully this time around, the communication between DIBP and my company will be successful.

Hi Guys, I need some help, does any one know a migration lawyer, my application has been refused due to the fact that they did not consider my work experience outside Australia, bec they were not able to confirm the contact info provided, even though i have submitted HRD letters, payslips and tax certificates covering the past 6 yrs of employent, thus i was not able to meet the points requirement. My agent advised me just to file again, but i would like to explore possible options if this can still be overturned since i deem the CO reason as very shallow, I am still working in this company at the moment, and already going on my 9th year as an expat, i have no idea why they cant reach any of the number that i have given, i inquired with the persons and they informed me that they have not received such calls.

Actually, i have provided all the necessary evidence to prove my employment including tax certificate and relevant payslips, they just need to confirm via phone call. I know that the reason is very shallow as they can also use e-mail as a means to get the communication thru.

I also received a similar letter from CO regarding the un-availability to contact my current employer and my reference manager, due to problem wherein they were calling the wrong number and also the manager being unable to pick up the phone since he was currently engaged, he wanted to call back, but the number is not showing, I have already provided a feeback regading the Natural Justice Letter, due last April 18. Anyone who have similar situation and what was the outcome, based on their mail, it is actually a ground for Visa Rejection.

Hi Target, Your case is quite different from mine, I have had quite a few contacts with the CO and my agents, though they seem to be maximizing the three months after every occurrence.. I do believe you should need to ask some one in DIBP or your agent about the status. Btw, any other update from our batchmates...

Hi Perthing, Thanks for the support, i really felt worse this morning after receiving the email , I'm really annoyed that they are willing to reject my application just based on a contact information, I have already front loaded a lot of documents to prove my claim, payslips, tax certificates, even the email the i am using is the corporate one. I now also took the opportunity to submit a secondary contact person to support my claim, hopefully three times a charm.. Thanks for everyone's support, i know that seeing some progress on other application gives me the same feeling that we will finish this endeavor within "His time".. :wink:

No, I need to provide a valid reason as to why they are unable to contact my employer and my managers.. Otherwise if they try to call (3rd Time) and still not be able to get a valid contact, i am afraid that they will reject my application based on that alone..

Yes, my agent received an e mail from DIBP regarding an "adverse Information" issue, it's really very painfull to read, after all of my effort and waiting, i am now hanging on the balance because of a non contactable number.... :eek:

Yes, I have, i am concerned why they don't try to confirm via e-mail, i know that there is a lot of spam numbers coming in thus this could be one of the reason why my manager failed to pick up their call.

Hello Guys, Juts an update, my application is currently in jeopardy to being rejected due to a failure to contact my company of employment by DIBP staff, they tried to contact my company using a number that was incorrectly posted on our company website and they were unable to reach my office. the second attempt was they tried to contact my manager, but they used a local contact office to perform this task, my manager failed to recognize the number as it was not coming from australia number and could have been mistaken to be a spam call. Now i need to submit a valid reason as to why this all happened and i need again to provide a new set of numbers, hopefully that they will be able to reach. I am now very frustrated and concerned regarding the turn of event, i ask everyone to pray that DIBP be able to understand my situation and have it resolved as now i am covered under their fraudulent list because of this.

All documents are completed and front loaded , the only issue that i got was they were unable to contact my Manager via a phone requiring me to submit additional contact number, though i am not sure why they did not try using e-mail. This is really a very frustrating , having to wait for almost a year just so you can move on with your next plan. :err:

Still no contact from CO.... 8 months and counting.....

Hi Guys, I made a feedback to DIBP regarding my application and i just got a reference number for my feedback, hopefully if willing this will only take 1 to 2 weeks before release of a decision similar to one of our friends here.. So far No News is Good News right?? Just keeping things on a positive note.. :ssign6:
