MY ma called immigration nsw team 2 for my nomination file -- the lady checked my file and told my ma that they are waiting for information from somewhere ....its allready 11 months and from last 7 months they are telling the same .....i dont know from which department they want info .... I just google nd got to know abot ASIO .....asio took nearly 12 months to pass on the info to immi ....really really confused what to do and how to do

Hey i saw ur nomination was rejected long ago. Did u apply again ? How did u survive?

Nomination was approved, but we hv to withdraw the application for some reasons.

We are 10 days short of reaching 7 months now,i hv no feelings left .....!!!!

@Nasir good luck for the parenthood.if you recieve ur pr within 6 months of your baby'birth u can recieve baby bonus or maternity pay but if you get with in a year u can only claim maternity pay.thats all i know.rest you can confirm from centelink go their register yourself and ur family and they will explain it to you snd will provide

One of my friend got request for documents ,they ask for bank statements for both employer and rmployee,super for last two years and other proofs of employement.never saw asking for super records...???she applied in aug 2015

@Arani85 dont worry u will get it soon just you and your employer have to clearify why this happened and he is fixing it.good luck your lucky day is not far.

With this sort of situation i believe its employers s fault.i think theolir emplyer can still fix up the wages by crediting a back pay, and then pay the tax and super as well.its just an idea.
