With DE they were checking work place not you as you already demonstrated your three yr experience and skill assesment ,that has to be your employee after pr so even if you were not there doesnot matter but i would like dicuss in detail about your previous experience.relax people hv got their visa after a year .just pray everyday anc leav it to god.

Hi guys anyone waiting for 457 subsequent entry .wlodged in 27 may2016.rfi requested on 17 july and sbmitted on 28 july .they are saying they doing internal checks.how long it could take.its for 7 yr old.

Thanks for the responses and for adding occupation columns! Thinking it's a combination of factors since others w/same occupation got processed faster.

 

I've made some calculations specifically for 2016 DE applications wherein nomination + visa were lodged at around the same time. Not sure if this has much value, but from my analysis, thought it wouldn't hurt to share.

 

If DE has any impact on current timelines, then DE average processing times for Jan-Mar 2016 = 232-237 days, with most being in the 238-240 range. If we include pending APR DE cases, it's at 232-236 BUT, these are ongoing so there's a strong margin of error.

 

I haven't hit those numbers yet myself so have decided to chill, wait and see..earlier is best of course!

Direct entry is genrally quiker...!!

if the nomination is already approve does it make the visa process quicker as my nomination is already approve in june and i apply my visa after nomination approval but still waiting.

It does not makes quiker to be alloted to a co but once they pick your application they just hv to see ur visa and its quick .good luck guys you will get it just chill out and stop thinking about it ,time will go quiker.

Hello mirza did they ask anything to u or ur staff members. Wht time they visit to u. How many they were. After that any updates to ur file. Bcz one of my friend in Jan they visit him at 2 o'clock and later on same day around 9 o'clock he got approved. And what is ur occupation tnx plz reply.

Hi everyone let me explain everything to my lovely friends our nomination was granted in nov 2015 no docs requested.

we relodged our visa application in january 2016.

cofficer allocated on 30 sep just requested health check for my child

visa grant 10/10/2016.historic date.

I rang my MA and they just directing calls to reception and just repeating if they will hear something they will get back yo me.its so frustating.can anyone suggest me i m not the main application but can i call immigration and check whats happening.its 38 days after information requested.

Its been 37 days medicals requested.do i need to call them or wait more any suggestions welcomed.

According to me if your nomination is approved and its more than 6 or 8 months you must call immigration.migration agents will never feel your pain they only give pain.wish you good luck and its time to act.tell us the good news soooon.

I rang my MA most of them are on holidsys .anyway a nice lady told me you only have to untill they pick up ur application again. I will let you know asap they contact us.
