I'm new to this forum, so I hope I'm not posting the same question others already have asked and have already been answered. I tried to find a similar question but all posts I found had some minor differences.
I need max points in Job experience and have a question on how the 8 yrs are counted. ACS assessed my experience "after March 2008". I have been working in the assessed job eversince but due to problems with a former employer, I wasn't able provide a job reference for 3 months. Also my ACS assessment ist missing the ongoing experience with my current employer. So if I count all the years ACS acknowledged, I come some months short of 8 yrs.
I would like to know how the years of experience are counted. Do only the ACS assessed months count? Or does the deadline "after March 2008" mean, that I'll have my 8yrs full anyway on March 1st., no matter if any job reference is missing?
If necessary I could try to contact my former employer anyway, see if he could write a reference regardless of our dispute.
But then the questions remain on how to prove my ongoing experience. I had a colleague testify my knowledge with a statutory declaration but that just proved my experience until August 2015. Now time has gone by and I'm still working for the same company, in the same position at least until March next year.,
Is there any way for me to submit my EOI directly on March 2nd?
I hope I don't need another assessment from ACS, that blow my timeline.
