Hello, I would like to access the Mental Health Care Plan via my GP so I can get some CBT therapy but I have heard this can work against you when applying for permanent residency, as well as citizenship. I am currently on a 457 visa. Please could someone verify this for me? I obviously don't want to access the plan if it means my future visa application will be compromised. Thanks in advance.
