Thanks everyone, great advice. Sadly hubby will have a long commute. We've opted for North Lakes for schooling and have enrolled our 5 year old already, so it makes sense to live around that area.

Hi there, we have just arrived in Brisbane and are considering a house in North Lakes. Am very concerned about mosquitoes as the little ones and I suffer terribly if bitten. Does anyone know if it is a big problem up there ? Thanks
