Three weeks since we emailed our case officer and no news ...

So, we had a discussion about this with our agent ( who we regret now to even hire one and waste money because they are so incompetent). They are of the opinion that email sent to case officer is good enough. We wanted them to email and upload the file to be on the safer side but they just denied our request and emailed the case officer. I do not know what is right , what is wrong. reading the few threads here, i created an immi account and uploaded the files myself and clicked the button. The button doesnt really matter. What is important is to click the button after the requested documents have been updated.

Umar, U can click once you have uploaded all the required docs, doesnt make any difference

Yes, The letter from the college stating that the course was conducted in english is sufficient.

Hi, only my wife who is on my dependent application. We contacted all authorities and since she has only travelled on tourist visa, they do not provide indonesian pcc and we have submitted all the attempts made with the authorities

Hi, I was contacted by the case officer for PCC on 11th Sep. I uploaded the Singapore PCC through my agent for me and my wife. however, i could not produce the indonesian pcc for my wife as she has visited indonesia only on tourist visa. We have forwarded all the proofs regarding the same to case officer on 30th September ( 8th oct was the expiry of 28 days). We still have not heard back from the case officer and the agent states the status is 'information received' Feeling restless where everyone who applied after us are getting grants left, right and center and I dont have any replies from the case officer. Any opinions? and could someone help me with the brisbane team phone number? The one in the site put me on 1 hour hold. TIA
