Thought I'd track my journey here too... I am applying for my 2nd 457 - left Aus Feb last year but offered a new role a few weeks back to head back to Sydney from the UK... I am hoping that the turnaround won't be too bad - company I have accepted a job with do not use MA's which makes me slightly nervous but they have had two 457's approved recently so fingers crossed. Hi All - So I previously held a 457 visa (2012-2015) applied and apporved with no issues - I then left Australia and informed immi to cancel my visa as I had left. they sent me an email with visa cancelation etc. I am now being offered a new role in Sydney and will be going for a new 457 my question is will the fact that I have had a australian visa cancelled before make a difference to the application? Even if the reason it was cancelled was that I informed the department that I was leaving? Also are there ever any issues with going for a second 457 visa? Thanks in advance for any help. Riggs
