  1. I suppose like any city, there are good and bad areas. I love the West end of Glasgow. Edinburgh is lovely, but property is very expensive.
  2. Hi, I'm planning on moving to Glasgow. It seems like a great city with plenty going on.
  3. What a really lovely post James. I too have decided to move back to the UK after over eight years out here. It was no big drama making the decision, it just feels the right time both in my heart and mind. I move back towards the end of the year.
  4. Oh thank you, every bit of information helps!! So yes it would also be good to hear from those who moved back too.
  5. Hello, After over 8 years in Melbourne, I have decided to make the move back home! It wasn't a hard decision, the time was right for me. I have had a lovely time in Australia, but home is where my heart is. So I plan to move back at the end of the year. I just wondered if there was anyone in Melbourne in a similar position, that would like to meet up for a cuppa and a chat. It would be nice to speak to people in a similar position.
  6. Hi, This is a call out to mental health nurses. I have been out here in Australia for nearly ten years and I have decided to move back home. It was an easy decision. I have loved my time out here but I've always felt as though it's been an extended working holiday, and it's never felt like home. I am really looking forward to moving back to Scotland. However getting down to reality, I need a job! I'm looking to move towards the end of the year, I have a home to sell, and loose ends to tie up etc. I wondered if anyone reading this knows anything about mental health nursing jobs in Glasgow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
