thank you for a wonderfully helpful reply We have plenty of evidence but conditions with Centrelink with my partner, we have to be careful, i am paying her rent and money for our new place we just moved her into but she is scared of the system screwing her over, which it has done a few times now, being disabled in Oz must really suck... my G/F has a friend who has done the migration for others from Lebanon so i will get her to ask the questions that are needed with July approaching fast we want to get this in ASAP but making sure we get it right, hence the questions, and I'm sorry if some others here don't feel we have researched long and hard enough, believe me, we have!!! such a confusing and ridiculous process to be with a loved one. I expect the UK will be following suit as it devolves.

we have no doubts and have 2.5 years of evidence, just want to make sure we are going the correct visa and route and with July 1st coming up we wanted to get application in b4 then, thus asking for this information rather than go thru it all again and just get as lost and confused as before.... if anyone is kind enough to give us official advice its very welcomed thanks

Hi my partner and i finally saved up the money for a PMV, im applying in London and we have been together for over 2 1/2 years now and visited each other loads, got plenty evidence to put in at later time As we had a new budget and not sure if any changes affect us or for most of the visa, i hope its not gone up! I would like to ask what is the minimum my fiance has to send me so we can apply for this visa? she is divorced so we got the marriage cert and divorce cert we want to get it in before July and just incase anything changes and with the current xenophobic attitudes towards immigration also do you take your medical AFTER the visa has been applied? i have all my police checks done and ready with my paperwork many thanks x

thanks for the advice should i complete more countries on a separate piece of paper attached to this to include ALL the countries, will find it tough to give exact dates tho, many of them are short stays and on multiple occasions has anyone else had the same issue as me here? -

Hi fellow migrants! need a little advice when it comes to countries visited in the last 10 years on the 47SP form.... i have had extensive dates travelling and working around Europe and various other countries in the past 15 years in Q.73 where it asks you which countries/dates visit and reasons why, can all European countries be 'bundled' into one section or do i need to individually list each one (over 11 EU countries), even tho i may have visited them on occasion at many different dates (i am a ents performer and worked and travelled all over Europe and Northen Hemisphere) if anyone could give feedback on this it would really help me Also in Q.72 - i was once refused entry to Canada (auto ban for 1 year too) back in 2012 due on a legit visit for 3 months but had a very bad immigration officer saying i was planning on working and living there and i needed the right visa (and experience) - when checking this box, does this apply to me? *been removed, deported or excluded from any country (inc Aus) [NO/YES] would i have to answer yes or no and give more details if so? many thanks and gratitude

what makes me a little annoyed and frustrated is that one persons decision could seriously effect many peoples lives, future and happiness based on their judgement my partner is my best friend as much as my lover, she has been thru so much and deserves the best, her late daughter has done amazing things to change the healthcare in the country - just google Kahlia Belle Wilson and see what comes up... i have kept to my conditions before and have no intention of breaking them or putting them at risk, its not like i have left the country for a week then returned either, in my mind im not abusing it, the conditions also speak for themselves and i feel its not right for an official to be able flaunt or change them to suit the job or requirements....sighs

she has a daughter going thru end of education and with my status it will not work for her to come to the UK, Oz is the best option recommended by migration agents advice, if Oz wont have us together we shall find another country where we can be together but might be further up the road if first options dont work out. We want a dual citizenship for both of us ideally...
