it changed 7 days after attending the ceremony. My ceremony was on 10 July and the status changed from approved to finalised on 17th July. So it is not always changed on the day of the ceremony.

 We are few lucky ones who applied before 20 April - 2017--!!...~~~ I am thinking I should have applied after 20th April as they are getting approvals in 2 hours after the test. ...!!~~~
