Hi there, have been in Australia for almost ten years I have 3 children with my Australian husband, all born here. I have been a permanent resident since 2007. Im thinking of now applying for citizenship. So now for the stupid question, what will happen to my British nationality? Will my children be eligible to apply for British passports and have dual citizenship? Will becoming an Australian citizen mean I have dual nationality? If anyone has any experiences with this or similar would love to hear from you.. I will be calling uk immigration but thought I'd ask here first! cheers
