Finally Second stage 801 visa granted today. Eligibility Date was 06/03/2015, so it took nearly 14 months. Applicant is from HR country. Best of luck to all.

Any news guys? I m still waiting, 8 mnths and 6 days post eligibility.

Hi liam, When we applied for partner visa in 2013, we followed partner visa booklet and provide evidences like bank statements etc. But then in 2014, I started to look into diff migration forum and realised my evidences may not be sufficient. We did not explained in detsils about our relationship in the statements. So we decided to submit more evidences in all 4 catagories along with statement from me and my partner. I believe evidences we submitted helped in the process. It is better to submit enough rather than regretting. I remembered immi staff told me that they will consider my new evidences as my file was not allocated to CO yet.

July seems very quiet here Any 801 grant guys?

Hi ramot, DIBP seems to take long these days. Did your daughter apply online , before or after eligiblilty? Hope you hear good news soon.

Hi Lucy, You don't need to import any files when you applying online for the second stage. You need to select Information for second stage partner visa 801/100.

Hi Nemesis, My eligiblilty date was in March and I received an email from Dept in the end of Jan. To apply online you need to wait until your eligiblilty date or you can apply 2 months before your eligiblilty date by post.
