    If I am not wrong his file will be rejected due to nomination then he/she can go for MRT, after rejection of 187 visa file you will get chance to apply MRT/AAT review.  if person don't have substantial visa to stay onshore if file lodged onshore..

    Don't wait for DIBP what they decide. 

    take expert advice through migration agent. if you want call them - Australian Immigration Law Services Call 0292791991 http://www.australiavisa.com they are in Sydney

    So you Hold 187 visa. they will not cancel your visa if your boss terminate your contract. 

    to be very honest, in that reason they will not cancel your visa if its not your fault.

    I personally know more than 10-12 cases about 187 visa cancellation. 

    (In one case employer had to pay around $10000 to employee, because he terminate his contract before time.

    In his case fair work come into, and take the action, and DIBP told him don’t worry your 187 visa will stay same, because it’s not your fault.

    Only he has to work 2 year in regional area.)

    have you registered with fair work Ombudsman? ( www.fairwork.gov.au/ )

    if not registered immediately. and make an official complain.  

    go through right process.

    Make sure if you leave your work.

    it should have to be in right pathway. don't leave without documentation. make all note in the case to show immigration if they ask.

    First, create an account in fair work ombudsman. https://www.fairwork.gov.au/

    Then write a formal complaint about your work condition. Harassment over work condition about amusement.

    they will look after this matter. (Hopefully, you will get $$$$ in your account. I know one person got $10000 in that condition because employer breach the contract)

    if the matter does not resolve then best to call immigration about your condition changed.  immi will tell you to find same position job in the regional area. try to if find the job, otherwise, any job for next 1 year 3 month if you left this job in 9 months.

    How we can apply for citizenship without getting PR first? 


    If you hold 187 Visa..
    This visa is PR.
    No one can Apply citizenship
    Without holding the PR..
    First PR
    Then if you complete four years lawfully in Australia including one year Permanent Residency..PR
    You are eligible to apply Australia Citizenship..
    Once you got Australia Citizenship .
    If you hold 187 or 186 or any PR visa, that visa holders squash his present conditioning..
    So condition or Obligation will change to Null..
    So onwards not easy to touch citizenship holder..

    If you want to leave. You have to adopt right process..
    Otherwise immi can cancel 187..
    So be careful..
    at the moment Visa cancellation Department is very active..
    apply citizenship asap if you are in Australia from last 4 yrs..

    Its Three phase
    One is RCB..
    Second is Nomination..
    Third is Visa..
    If nomination approved it mean this position is approved from that business..
    So business requirements are all
    Completed.
    Now turn to Client(Person who need visa) paper work.
    Immi will check now my friend papers.
    They already ask one -AFP
    If immi need more they will ask
    Otherwise wait for final decisions..
    Fingers cross.. pray and pray and pray only.. [emoji5]

    if i leave aus for couple of days will it help to get the decision early?

    somebody told me if you go out from aus then they make decision quickly.

    Any clue?

    Hi Streeter that's not good idea..it will not help you. Who ever told you that's not true..

    and don't give chance to immigration for you to give away from aus...

    your application is onshore.. ?

    Once your file pick by them, they will grant your PR..

    Do we need to have 2 years managing qualification though we have business administration diploma to apply 187 visa...cuz I have 8 months managing experience

    Hi GurZey you don't need any experience for Manager Job and two year qualification..

    Its was two year experience in certrn trade like Mechanic, Cook, etc..

    for Manager you don't need it..

    if you have diploma all good.. They need only Six Month Diploma in business..managment..business administration..

    So be cool..

    Hi everyone ...i checked my immi account today and at home page it shows 'finalised' but i haven't recieved any email from immigration or my migration agent...

    Can someone please tell me what finalised means?

    Check thr is Granted word use in thr..

    and if you have MA then you can't download or See Granted Visa

    you have to check through VEVO Status..
