  1. Thanks for your help! The schedule 3 criteria is quite confusing! So technically I could go abroad on a bridging visa B and come back after a couple of days after my application has been lodged and return as normal? Or do I need to be offshore for the entire application process?
  2. I am currently on a bridging visa A for a de facto visa. However, I want to apply for a 457 visa. I was told by a migration agent that I would need to be offshore at the time of application. There fore I would need to apply for a bridging visa B. However, I called immigration and they told me that I can apply onshore so long as I do not have a bar on my name (Ive never had a visa cancelled, suspended etc). Anybody have any more info on this? Thanks
