Ok i will check it out. We all know american education system is bad. If I attend school psychically for that trade it would take a max of 6 months with no hand on training because its not required ( that at a local college). If I do it online it would be the exact same thing but without physically going. Do you think an migration officer can answer the question for me? Thanks You for your reply

The school is nationally accredited and recognized. If I attend a college for that trade its not going to be more than 2 semesters (fall and summer semester 6 months at most). Should I contact an immigration attorney ? I have experience but no diploma !

Hello Again, Im a assistant general manager at a resort but I have a side business were I fix air condition systems and etc. I have been doing it for about 2 years now, but I don't have a degree from that trade. Lets say I enroll in an online trade school pennfoster.edu and complete a degree in HVAC which is on the SOL. Would that meet my eduction requirement? Thanks
