Can a CO look at a VISA file when nomination is still unapproved?

Can the CO look at your VISA file when your nomination has not been approved yet?

Thanks...ours was quite quickly assessed. Dad submitted the work place and education certificates.

One in May got approved in 14 days and our March app was looked on 4 days ago

Dad was nominated as Minister of Religion (which states it is exempt) and my dad has working on that job before I was born

The CO asked our family for skill assessment as an extra document despite us being exempt. (We were never mentioned about it) Why is that?

We lodged out visa on 13th of March and we were asked for more docs...

Our case was looked at by Team 2 in NSW, does anyone know?

We didn't do anything to our IMMIAccount, and suddenly the documents are displayed as "received" today.

We haven't uploaded anything. We just let the MA upload the docs our parents did. Just my question is I accessed into the file and seeing if that is OK to do?

Why would we enter the wrong birthdate? That is illegal. He is legit 13

Regarding on the IMMIAccount, if you look on your file, can individual applicants look on your application file? Because I think I made a mistake of accessing the file (which there is an option) and despite our parents and MA uploading all documents separately, (did not have an account at that time) it displays as it is needed
