we have been living in Sydney for 10 years but moving to newcastle as soon as my husband can get a permanent job as an electrician. He has all the nsw electrical qualifications but can only see labour hire/temporary jobs up there. Does anyone have any advice? The recruiters only have temporary roles which he doesn't want as we need to get a mortgage asap.
he has been working for a commercial electrical company for a few years so has good experience too.
Any my other electricians out there? Anyone hiring?
I know now there is a electricians thread in one of the other forums but that's all about how to get a license, not a job!
