Dont worry we have found it!!

Hi me and my girlfriend (who is english) are currently waiting on our visa to be approved and should hopefully hear very soon. But she has lost her passport since lodging our application and will need a new one if we cant find. We just need to know if this is going to affect anything when we leave England or Arrive in Aus. Any help is much appreciated. Cheers
