  1. Yeah, no doubt. She actually prefers the USA, but has a team of specialists here and cant travel now. I dont care where i live either way, its just about being with family. The only thing i miss about the states is the food and the cost of living, but the two countrys are similar in many ways. I tell people its almost like going to another part of the us with different accents like boston for example. Plus, we technically come from the same mother (brits) we just had different fathers
  2. Unfortunately no. However, fortunately for us we have the funds to cover the increase, but its roughly what we had put aside for the application and any unforeseen issues that could arise. It just takes our contingency budget away for a lawyer and appeal fees if that were necessary for any reasons. It's just sad. What if we didnt have the new funds, our child would suffer but owell right. Its just disheartening when you feel penalized for doing everything legally and by the book.
  3. life is forcing me. i rather not get into my situation completely but my partner cant travel anymore due to a serious clot in their left carotid artery and micro tear in the other. something similiar to phil hughes. anyway cheers
  4. becoming a refugee and floating in on a boat right????
  5. i didnt see it, too busy with life i suppose. total greed move. i get a few percents even 10% maybe.. but come on..... owell.

  8. Thank you sir, your help is greatly appreciated.
  9. [h=1]Im about to start a partner application and have the two following choices, what are the differences? Im unclear on the differences since they both have the same subclasses as well. Is one offshore and one onshore? Also, are there any free online resources we can refer to, to help aid us in the process (we are doing it ourselves)? Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia (300,309/100,820/801)[/h]and Migration to Australia by a Partner (300,309/100,820/801) We are currently married and have a nearly 2 year old child together. My spouse is Australian and our child was born in Australia. Currently, Im onshore completing a student visa. Thanks in advance Regards
