Hi Friends, Finally, I have got a CO assigned yesterday to my 189 visa application. CO has requested for Medicals and Form 80. Booked a slot for Medicals for Friday. Not sure if I can get my grant in June month itself.

ACS Skill assessment : 11/04/2014 || PTE exam result : 26/01/2015 || EOI Submitted: 17/02/2015 || Invitation : 27/02/2015 || PCC : 20/02/2015 || Visa lodge : 14/04/2015 || CO : : ???? || Grant : ????

Does this 90 days time period applicable only when I am in Australia or even when I am in my country also ? if my sponsorer does not inform then still DIBP cancels my visa after 90 days ? And Does DIBP will cancel my Visa or the nomination with current employer ? Please excuse if I am asking basic things. I am pretty much new to these things.

Hi, I am also in the same situation now as you were. Could you please tell me how did you solve the problem ? I got my 457 visa and will be working in Australia till September 2015. My question is once I come back to India in october, still my 457 visa is valid up to the remaining 3.5 years ? or will it be cancelled after 90 days ? If it is valid then can I do the job search from India ?
