Thanks for your answer, She has already made her first entry to validate her TR Visa. Can we apply for PR visa while being outside Australia.?

Thanks for your reply, Actually her grant letter doennt has the expiry date and its mentioned (Stay For/Until Indefinite). Then I checked from VEVO and it was 2034. And both of us are outside Australia, still she can get PR after 2 years of TR or we have to move to Australia for that and if she gets she ll get it for 5 years on top of TR.?

I was following this post as I am having similar situation. Having a baby during these 5 years in Australia who becomes Australian Citizen is good enough to prove your ties with Australia or not. If I dont spend 2 out of 5 years due to some personal reasons but somehow manage to have a baby in Australian soil and spending 4-5 months over there during that time and then I shift to Australia around 5-6 months prior to my visa expiry and applies for RRV. what you say?

Hi Guys, I got my SN-190 (PR) in March-2013 and have already validated my visa. I couldn't move to Australia for some family issues and It will be difficult for me to move till end of 2016. If I move to Australia some where in January to June 2017 and stay there for remaining period of my visa till March-2018 then will I be able to get RRV or not. My wife got TR-309 in July-2014 and has already validated her visa. What kind of ties I should show to get the RRV visa easily. My wife is planning to go there much earlier as my sister lives there as well. If she goes there and stays or delivers a baby over there. Will it be enough for me to get RRV if I dont spend 2 years out of 5 and only spend 10-12 months. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Friends, I got SN-190 (PR) visa for South Australia in March-2013- 2018. I have validated my visa in Jan-2014 and got the medicare , opened my bank account as well and came back. Later I got married and my wife got spouse visa (TR-309) in july-2014. I have checked the expiry date of my wife's visa on VEVO and it is expiring in 2034. I want to confirm from you guys that my visa is expiring in 2018 band my wife's visa is expiring in 2034 so can she be able to go to Australia after 2018 if my PR expires and will I be able to get Return Resident Visa after 2018 if my wife still carries a valid visa.
