Hi all, Myself and my wife are on a 457 visa through my work and have applied for the 189 visa though her skills. On the CO's response we noted to have committed a few errors on our 189 application, and we have decided to withdraw it. I will ask for a refund, although I believe our chances are very slim. The main question/concern that is keeping me awake at 2am now is: have I lost my 457 visa and the right I had to remain working in Australia until the end of next year and, even worse, do we have to leave the country? This scenario is the nightmare holding my sleep. Would much appreciate your responses. Seen people on similar situation here but none of them discussed the future of their past visa.
