457 visa English requirement exemption:
If you are seeking an exemption from the English language requirement on the basis of completion of five continuous years of study at a secondary or higher institution where the instruction was in English, provide the following information:
name and location of the institution/s
level of qualification/s
official transcript from the secondary or tertiary institution
number of contact hours of instruction per week delivered in English
number of years of continuous study.
I have studied for 5 years continuously in English. I have statements and transcripts from the college and university to prove that the courses that I had completed were taught in English. There are about eight documents(statements and transcripts).
However do I still need to put in the "number of contact hours of instruction per week delivered in English" since I had all the statements and transcripts from the education providers already?
Do you think these documents will satisfy the officer and will exempt me from the IELTS test?
PS: Courses are done in Australia.
