Thanks so much in advance for your help.
I applied and got a 3 month working visa on 3rd Feb and only used 1 week.
However, I'm now looking at moving back there for possibly up to 1 year. (From the UK)
My question is how do I apply for the 1 year visa now that I have a 3 month one?
Also It's very unlikely, but I may have a court case coming up in the UK, which means I should get the visa arranged beforehand - just to avoid the worse case scenario. FYI it's a drug possession charge for painkillers, so will likely be a caution as they were purchased illegally. But I 'could' get charged in a few months as a worse case scenario.
I'm planning on moving in April this year. I also run a business in the uk, so a fully aware that there's different visas, but I only want this for tourist purposes.
