Hi All I was requested by my case officer to make the VAC 2 payment as my wife (secondary applicant) does not have functional English as per DIBP. As per the DIBP website second installment if applicable needs to be paid before the Visa can be granted. So does this means I have a PR for me and her on the way? and is it a kind of pre confirmation? or there can be a rejection at this stage too. Waiting for your reply Thanks

Hi everyone, I got my CO Alocation today. As I said before, my visa was lodged in July 28.

OMG! I also applied on the 28th! Is mine coming to???? Let's hope so! Congrats Man!!!

Let's really hope it'll not take long. I'm going to Sydney in Nov. 28th and will stay there until Dec.31. The idea is to know a little about the city, do what can be done to initiate all necessary documents (TFN, MediCare, Bank Account, etc) and come back to Brazil, do all final arrangements, quit my job and go to Sydney to look for a job. Only after all this my wife and babies will go to Oz. Fingers crossed guys! Curiosity: my flight from London Heathrow to Sydney will be on a Qantas A380! So excited! Hahaha
