Hi there, I'm reading your thread with much interest as I am in a similar position regarding my career... We are moving to Melbourne in December and I am deliberating as to what I will work as when I arrive. I too have thought about the Barista option as I am not sure what I would like/ can do when we get settled.... I owned and managed my own large crèche/daycare facility and I am wondering whether to continue this ( not sure if my qualifications will convert to allow me to manage). I have children and had been thinking of working part time ( Barista) and maybe studying a course in child psychology or sports ( 2 extremes I know! but I love both!)... If anyone could give me some advice on childcare employment, courses etc I would be really grateful as I'd love to hear your opinions, kind regards, N

Hi Bob, I have just joined this forum, we are moving to Melbourne in December & I was looking for some advice regarding taking our 2 dogs over form Dublin.
