Hi, We are moving to Buderim in March 2016 and was wondering what documentation is needed to rent a property. Also can anyone recommend good real estate agents. We hopefully want to secure something before we get there as I have been reading that you can't do this from overseas. I have a permanent resident visa and my family are Australian citizens which I'm hoping will make the process more simple than waiting until we get to Australia. Hi Guys Moving to Oz early next year as partner is Aussie citizen as he moved there when he was little from the UK and then came back and has been living in here for a good 25 years now. We have 2 children who are now citizens by descent. Looking for any info on schools for my daughter who is 8 and we will be around the Noosa area. Is it worth enrolling in a State school or delving further into a Catholic one. Any views or recommendations highly grateful please.
