  1. Hi guys sorry about late reply busy 12 hour shifts thanks for all the advice it's been brill! It really helps to have people on here who know what they are talking about
  2. sorry just noticed other comments ... It would probably take 2 years I'm not sure how long each module takes? Some take 6 months I've just done one in neonatal icu because I work there and that was 6 months 20 credits you can do mentorship which is 20 credits
  3. hi I am new on here but got asked today if I had degree because diploma isn't accepted anymore:(((( I did diploma for 2 years then topped up to get a BSc degree .... You could top diploma up with credits though it wouldn't take too long as I have age against me now 42 so I just went for top up you can do different modules ask your employer to fund them... Hope that helps
  4. Hi pumpkin i appreciate all the help people are giving me,I cannot reply immediately as I use my phone which had just been recharged. I also go to bed early as I am up at 6 in the mornings for work so I will get on when ever I can so sorry but I am not being rude I really do appreciate all the good advice and will act on it
  5. Hi all yes I am all over the place at the moment,a lot of agents say different things and I assumed the process would take a lot longer. As for the ilets test I was told this would not be required?? I will do it if I have to,but I am hoping with my job being so specialised that I may have other options relating to which visa to apply for, thanks jac for all information it has helped me to focus a little better now regarding when to apply.
  6. Hi jac im not planning on going until 2016,thanks for all advice are you going over nursing? I was an adult nurse before neonatal I'm glad I did degree too as somebody said diploma is no longer accepted in nursing I'm just looking at jobs at moment I know I've got 2 years trying to save up.have you got any figures for visa cost for 4 of us
  7. Hi jac no I've been on to a migration agent who said I've passed for visa 190? I will look at that too, I hope I have enough qualifications and my job is specialised so hoping for some employer support andrea

    confused!!!

    Hi I'm new on here..... We are looking to move to Australia in 2016 if I can ever make sense of what visa to apply for. I have put an EOI in which has said I have only got 55 points none given for my job as a neonatal ICU nurse???? I cannot understand this and do not know what visa to apply for Any help would be greatly appreciated Andrea
